August 19, 2006, marked a day of enormous pride and celebration for Noah and his family. Some 3 1/2 years after his college education was interrupted by a flying wheel, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon.

Noah graduated summa cum laude with departmental honors in Spanish. Over 50 members of his extended family and support team were on hand to celebrate the occasion. For more pictures from Graduation Day, click here.

 

Over the course of the last year Noah began to realize that he would need more education to achieve many of the lofty goals he has set for himself. After briefly resting on his undergraduate laurels, he decided that law school would be the next best step along his road to recovery and independence.
